Returns / Exchanges:
Customer has 30 days from date of purchase to return product. If we do not receive the product back in this time frame unfortunately we can not offer refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.
Any return must be authorised by Cool Discs Music.
FAULTY - we will pay the return postage.
EXCHANGE - customer pays return postage.
ANY SEALED ITEM MUST NOT BE OPENED IF LOOKING FOR EXCHANGE.
There are certain situations which only partial refunds may be granted.
BOOKS, CD, DVD, with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error .
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please check with your credit card company / bank as it may take some time before your refund is processed.
If after seven working days you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund , please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
