Derry departure point is Guildhall Street, Derry, ( beside Guildhall ) unless specified otherwise. Departure times and return times will vary from concert to concert - all information is provided @ time of booking and on tkt ( on occasions departure time may change - ALWAYS check our website and FB page a few days before your event.
We will always try and get you as close to the venue as possible and we don't stop all over the place - direct to the gig!

JOURNEY TIMES FROM DERRY:
TO DUBLIN = APPROX 4HR'S & 30 MINS - ONE COMFORT STOP MIDWAY.
On arrival driver will always try to park as close as possible to the venue , however on occasions and depending on the venue there may be a walk involved - for instance CROKE PARK / SLANE will entail a walk of between 25 - 40 minutes depending on walking pace - this is the case for ALL coach operators no matter where you travel from )
TO BELFAST = APPROX 2 HR'S
Delays may occur due to traffic congestion or unforeseen circumstances which are out of driver / operators control.

COACH TKT'S TO BE COLLECTED AT SHOP 72 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE DATE - IF NOT POSSIBLE WE WILL HAVE AT DERRY DEPARTURE POINT - ORDER NUMBER & MOBILE IS REQUIRED - IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO TRAVEL PLEASE LET US KNOW - WE MAY BE ABLE TO HELP.
Mobile number required for all bookings, ( one is fine for groups ). Order number required for collection of tkt's at shop. If booking online and there are various dates for the artist / band , please be careful you choose the correct date. You will receive an email confirming all relevant information regards your booking - ALWAYS pay attention to this and if there is an error or you have query contact us immediately.
IF UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES OCCUR AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO TRAVEL - PLEASE LET US KNOW - WE MAY BE ABLE TO HELP.
STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL ON COACH - ANY PERSON WHO WE DEEM TO BE INTOXICATED WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON COACH ON DEPARTURE.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING / VAPING ON COACH.

THREATENING OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS THE DRIVER OR OTHER PASSENGERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED - WE WILL CONTACT THE POLICE.
TKT PRICE ( IF AVAILABLE ) WILL INCREASE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE AS BELOW.
£2.50 PER SEAT ( BELFAST ) & £5 ( DUBLIN ).

- Any person who we deem to be intoxicated will not be permitted on coach on departure.
- Threating or abusive behaviour towards the driver or other passengers will not be tolerated. We WILL contact the police.
- Departure and Return times are strict - please be punctual
- No refunds - unless event cancelled.
- If you lose your ticket we can replace it for a fee of £2 ( tkt is required to board coach - both ways )
