Hong Kong Nocturne are a three-piece band formed in the heart of Derry City in the North of Ireland, comprising of brothers Gavin and Rion McCartney and long-time friend and musical collaborator John Keaveney.

'Hinterland' brings together a blend of introspective songwriting with a sound that's been described as "T-Rex fronted by Howard Devoto."
